V3 Outsourcing Solutions, an international BPO, was founded in July 2013 by Mr. Pankaj Pandey in the “city of joy” Kolkata, India. From a close-knit team of just 12 to a dynamic workforce of 500+ skilled professionals and from a handful of clients to over 150 satisfied partners worldwide, V3 Outsourcing has built a proven track record of sustained growth and trust.

With four strategically located delivery centres in India, including three in Kolkata and one in Noida, V3OS has successfully extended its global presence through registered business operations in Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States. We are certified by the British Standards Institution (BSI) for ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 27001 (Information Security) & ISO 27701 (Privacy Information) . We completed our SOC 2 and PCI DSS compliance audits in 2024.
