We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team.

As a company with extensive experience in the BPO sector, we are seeking a professional with excellent English communication skills who can actively identify, approach, and build strong relationships with potential clients in the UK, USA, and Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Search for and generate qualified leads
• Contact prospective clients through email, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Maintain smooth and professional communication with international clients
• Convert leads into projects and long-term business relationships
• Identify and bring new outsourcing and BPO projects to the company

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong business development and client-handling skills
• Confident in communicating with international clients
• Experience in lead generation and client acquisition
• Ability to work independently and achieve business development targets
• Experience in the BPO or outsourcing industry will be an advantage
