A Customer Care Executive is responsible for assisting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth and positive service experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, multitasking ability, and a customer-first approach.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills (fluent in English).
Prior experience in international sales (UK energy sales preferred).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work under supervision.
UK Timing: 3 PM – 12 Midnight Working Days: Monday to Friday Alternate Saturday: Half Day Sunday: Fixed Off
