Designation: Quality Analyst
Location: Sector-6, Noida

A Quality Analyst (QA) is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of service or product delivery to ensure it meets organizational standards and customer expectations. This role plays a key part in maintaining consistency, identifying areas of improvement, and enhancing overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate calls, processes, or product samples to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Identify gaps in performance and provide actionable feedback to improve quality.
  • Prepare quality reports and documentation for management review.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and trainers to implement quality improvement plans.
  • Conduct audits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain records of evaluations and track performance trends.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a quality assurance or similar role (BPO/Customer Service QA preferred).
  • Strong analytical and observational skills.
  • Good communication and report-writing abilities.
  • Familiarity with quality monitoring tools and MS Office.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
