A Quality Analyst (QA) is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of service or product delivery to ensure it meets organizational standards and customer expectations. This role plays a key part in maintaining consistency, identifying areas of improvement, and enhancing overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and evaluate calls, processes, or product samples to ensure quality standards are met.
Identify gaps in performance and provide actionable feedback to improve quality.
Prepare quality reports and documentation for management review.
Collaborate with team leaders and trainers to implement quality improvement plans.
Conduct audits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain records of evaluations and track performance trends.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in a quality assurance or similar role (BPO/Customer Service QA preferred).
Strong analytical and observational skills.
Good communication and report-writing abilities.
Familiarity with quality monitoring tools and MS Office.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
