A Team Leader – Sales is responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of sales representatives to achieve targets and drive business growth. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to optimize team performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
Handle escalated customer queries and ensure prompt resolution.
Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a team-leading role.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
