Designation: Team Leader Sales
Location: Sector-6, Noida

A Team Leader – Sales is responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of sales representatives to achieve targets and drive business growth. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to optimize team performance and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
  • Handle escalated customer queries and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a team-leading role.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
