Designation:Tele-sales Representative Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata
A Tele-sales Representative connects with potential customers via phone to promote and sell products or services. They play a vital role in generating sales and building customer relationships remotely. Success in this role depends on persuasive communication and product knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers
Present product/service information and persuade customers to make a purchase
Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups effectively
Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer feedback in CRM systems
Eligibility Criteria:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
Previous experience in tele-sales or customer service preferred
Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
